This tool compares your athletic and technical metrics against grade-specific development targets at every level of women's college soccer — from High-Major D1 to NAIA. Your competition level is factored into how technical scores are interpreted. Before entering your numbers, take two minutes to understand what the data means.

What the ranges in this tool actually mean: Every benchmark range is the expected number for a player at your grade level on track to be recruited at that college level. A sophomore seeing a 4.25–4.42 sec 30m range for a winger at D2 is seeing what a sophomore on track for D2 needs to run right now — not what D2 wingers run in college. Technical scores are adjusted based on competition level. A 7/10 first touch from an ECNL environment is taken near face value; the same score from a local league is discounted because coaches cannot assess what that number means without competitive context. Athletic metrics are objective and never adjusted. ODP participation partially offsets a lower competition multiplier.
